Monster Thirst was a 1998 Dodge Dakota Club monster truck owned by KC's Fireworks out of Australia and sponsored by the Daily Juice company.
The truck was formerly Bear Mauler and made its debut in Tamworth, NSW, on November 5th, 2005. It was later renamed to Captain Crusher and re-debuted under the new name on December 28th, 200,5 in Adelaide, SA.
The sponsorship was a 12-month naming-rights agreement with the National Foods conglomerate to have their Daily Juice Company brand displayed on the truck. The agreement was originally put together by Melbourne promotions company Thrive, following their highly successful TV advertisement campaign that featured Tropical Thunder running as Daily Juice.
The sponsors originally applied the name Monster Thirst, which not all other parties involved agreed upon. Within weeks, the name was changed to Captain Crusher, with the words 'Monster Thirst' remaining on the nose and tailgate.
