Bugs, also initially known as Bugsy's Revenge, was set to run on a brand new chassis built in Rich Inman’s Concussion Engineering shop in Ellis Grove, IL, with parts from Patrick Enterprises that were to be assembled and shipped to Australia. The chassis was converted into Avenger as a last-minute decision before the second South Pacific World Finals, and the identity never debuted.
