MisMayhem made its debut in early 2016 with American driver Kim Carter Bard behind the wheel. She would regularly drive the truck until the 2020 Pandemic enacted travel restrictions between the U.S and Australia, resulting in Michael Stratte becoming the primary driver of the truck.
The truck operates on the original Extreme chassis and features three seats, allowing for two additional passengers to accompany the driver during media days. It initially featured a traditional Ford F-150 hood (see top left image) but received a shorter front clip in 2025, allowing the truck to be utilised for moonwalks and nose wheelies while maintaining visual consistency with the rest of the Monster Events fleet.
