Dino Patrol made its debut at the Extreme Sports Festival in Abu Dhabi and was driven by Kreg Christensen for the event, before being transported back to Australia. It is one of only a few trucks to run this body and made limited appearances throughout its short run, briefly reappearing with a new blue paint job in July of 2020 prior to being converted into the current Outback Thunda.
